The Industrial Digital Twin Association e.V. (IDTA) will be exhibiting at the SPS - Smart Production Solutions trade fair for the automation industry in Nuremberg from November 14 to 16, 2023. At its booth, IDTA will provide a point of contact for all topics related to the Asset Administration Shell (AAS).

Every Monday from 16:00 - 17:00 Prof. Dr. Michael Hoffmeister is available to address questions on the implementation of the Asset Administration Shell, deployment of submodels or user-specific customisation.

IDTA publishes version 3.0 of the specification of the information model of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), which is the foundation for the standardised Digital Twin in the industry. In four parts, the specification describes how companies can compile and structure information in the Asset Administration Shell.

Save the Date: The AAS Tech Days will take place on 14 and 15 September 2023 in Frankfurt am Main.

Mitsubishi Electric Europe has joined the Industrial Digital Twin Association e.V. (IDTA) and is the 100th member in the alliance for the joint establishment and development of the standardised Digital Twin for industry. Since its founding in September 2020 with 23 constituent members, 100 companies have come together up to the present day to implement the Digital Twin based on the Asset Administration Shell (AAS).
