The next User Meeting on the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), organised in cooperation with Arena 2036, IDTA, VDI Technology Centre and SmartFactory-KL, will take place on 26 February 2026, this time again in Kaiserslautern.

Join IDTA, International Data Spaces Association (IDSA) and Fraunhofer IESE on 12th March 2026 in Frankfurt am Main, Germany to the Data Spaces Kickstart Event, to learn how industry, data spaces enable information to flow securely and sovereignly across company boundaries.

Industrial Digital Twin Association (IDTA) and ZVEI want to rapidly advance the adoption of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS) in industry. Both organisations have launched an industry-wide initiative to this end. 75 companies from electrical and digital industries are already supporting the project and have declared their intention to integrate the AAS into their technologies and products within approximately twelve months.

At the trade fair for the automation industry, SPS from 25 to 27 November 2025 in Nuremberg, IDTA will inform visitors about how the AAS enables structured and interoperable data exchange along the entire value chain. In Hall 5, Stand 358, IDTA, together with partners from the industry, will demonstrate how asset data is described and connected in a secure data space and how this creates a consistent, secure and connected data ecosystem.

IDTA will be exhibiting at Hannover Messe from 20 to 24 April 2026 to inform about standardized Digital Twins based on the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), interoperable data exchange across industrial ecosystems and data spaces. Meet us in hall 13, stand C24 at the joint booth with Plattform Industrie 4.0 and furthers to get up to date on all relevant topics around the AAS.
