Solidarity with Ukraine

We are dismayed by the acts of war in Ukraine and the invasion of a sovereign country by Russian troops. Our concern and solidarity are with the Ukrainian people and all those suffering from the confrontation. The war in Ukraine is a disaster with fatal consequences for the people in the region, for our democratic understanding and for the global unity. That is why we support the European Union’s and its global partners’ resolute defence of international law, in hope of a swift end to the war.

We, the members of IDTA, stand for fair, international and open dialogue in the interest of a peaceful and sustainable world. As an international alliance with globally active members, we believe in overcoming the challenges of global society and economy in partnership and close cooperation. We endorse a peaceful solution of the conflict.
