Increase reliability and service life of machines and components

Share and use data across company boundaries with Gaia-X Federation Services

After selling its components to a machine builder, the component manufacturer has no insight into where, how and in what context the component is used – important information that can feed into potential product improvements or services offered. Data from an asset in operation can be shared and used across companies through the use of the asset administration shell and Gaia-X Federation Services to increase the reliability and lifetime of machines and components.
